He has more than 40 years of experience in the research, development and innovation of biological control agents, with emphasis on the prospecting and selection of promising strains for the development of microbial products in pest control.

He holds the Degrees of Agricultural Engineer and Doctor of Agricultural Sciences awarded by the Vasil Kolarov Higher Agricultural Institute and the Degree of Doctor of Sciences awarded by the Agrarian University of Havana.

Since 2022, he has served as Senior Researcher and Manager of the Department of Innovation and Development of Biotor Solutions (IDS).

PhD. Benedicto Martínez Coca
She has eight years of experience in the diagnosis of plant pathologies under the advice of high-level specialists in the diagnosis of fungi, nematodes and bacteria that affect agricultural crops.

She holds the Degree of Agricultural Engineering at UNPGGL.

Since 2020, she has served as Operations Manager.

She has eight years of experience in the mass production of microbial agents for the control of agricultural pests. She has received training courses in quality control in the Biocontrol Industry taught by experts in Biological Control Production.​

She holds a Degree in Agricultural Engineering awarded by the Universidad del Norte de Nicaragua.

Since 2016 she has worked as Production Manager.
