He has more than 30 years of experience in the research, development and innovation of endophytic fungi and biological control agents; as well as in the development of effectiveness studies in different tropical and subtropical agricultural ecosystems.
He holds the Degree of Agricultural Engineer with specialization in Plant Health and the Degrees of Doctor in Agricultural Sciences and Doctor of Sciences; all awarded by the Agrarian University of Havana.
From 2019-2022, he served as its Scientific Director.

He has more than 40 years of experience in the Agricultural sector in Central America with extensive experience in Agrochemical marketing companies such as Duwest and Agricenter.

He holds the Degree of Agricultural Engineer awarded by the University of Zamorano.

Since 2018 he has served as its Commercial Director.

Ing. Milton Pineda
It has more than 40 years of experience in the research, development and innovation of biological control agents, with emphasis on the prospecting and selection of promising strains for the development of microbial products in pest control.

He holds the Degrees of Agricultural Engineer and Doctor of Agricultural Sciences awarded by the Vasil Kolarov Higher Agricultural Institute and the Degree of Doctor of Sciences awarded by the Agrarian University of Havana.

Since 2022, he has served as Senior Researcher and Manager of the Department of Innovation and Development of Biotor Solutions (IDS).

PhD. Benedicto Martínez Coca
She has eight years of experience in the diagnosis of plant pathologies under the advice of high-level specialists in the diagnosis of fungi, nematodes and bacteria that affect agricultural crops.

She holds the Degree of Agricultural Engineering at UNPGGL.

Since 2020, she has served as Manager of the Diagnostic Clinic (CD).

Lic. Anielka Reyes
He has more than 15 years of experience in technical management in crops such as Sugar Cane, Peanuts and Musaceae in Western Nicaragua.
He holds a Degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Universidad Católica Agropecuaria del Trópico Seco, a Postgraduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence from the National University of Engineering, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the ADEN Business School and a Degree of Doctor in Agricultural Sciences.
Since 2023 he has served as Manager of the Department of Agricultural Research and Development (IDA).

He has 18 years of experience in accounting and finance management.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting from the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua.

Lic. Robimson Blandon
She has eight years of experience in the mass production of microbial agents for the control of agricultural pests. She has received training courses in quality control in the Biocontrol Industry taught by experts in Biological Control Production.​

She holds a Degree in Agricultural Engineering awarded by the Universidad del Norte de Nicaragua.

Since 2016 she has worked as Production Manager.

He has nine years of experience in all the skills of Business Image, Communication and Advertising design, in companies related to the fields of science, biotechnology and agriculture.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design awarded by the ISDi, Faculty of Design of the University of Havana.
Since 2022, he has served as Manager of the Marketing, Design and Communication Department of Biotor.
